In short: Great new race on the calandar.
In full: A tough challenging but rewarding course. Cup of tea/coffee before the race and soup afterwards were a very good touch as were the spot prizes. The beanie hat made a great change from T shirts and medals. The only slight criticism I have is the lack of a marshall at the field you cross diagonally as a few people went the wrong way. Also the inaugural race set a trend with a marriage proposal at the finish which was accepted!
