In short: Tough but enjoyable
In full: Really enjoyed this run. Superb setting at the school and great course. Very well marked and marshalled considering the complexity of the course. Very friendly. Good start time considering the heat but plenty of shade on route. How about a few prizes next year?

In short: Muddy in the extreme
In full: A tough multi terrain race with a very friendly atmosphere. The jelly babies and fruitcake at the water stations were very welcome. My only criticism is ... Portsmouth Joggers - splash out and buy some bright yellow directional arrows - the red and white tape is not adequate for unmarshalled junctions and this isn't the first year that people have got lost. Apart from that a good, tough & very muddy course - how I smugly laughed at people in racing flats!
