In short: lets face it its there to get the masses out and fit. If your not elite or have a really slow PB your not going to improve much at the event . I wish they would have more than one start and use championchip timing it would make the timing fairer.

In short: redcar 1/2 is a useful run out in the FLM build up, I managed a PB in what I can only describe as Huricane conditions. Maybe next year we'll get a calm day in the North east

In short: A undulating course that starts in the historic town of morpeth , well worth the stay and visiting Northumberland I managed a PB on a windy day

In short: You get to run over the tyne bridge and see the millenium bridge , the atmosphere is great and the locals in the south shields area hand out drinks. What you have to remember is that unless your elite and start at the front u have no chance of a pb
