I've entered VLM 2011, but only for bit of fun. Myself and Chelsea Plodder are planning to enter Berlin 2011. I'm going to concentrate on cycling/triathlon until July next year, then focus 100% on a sub 3:30 attempt..
My legs felt heavy after the marathon and I only did a gentle 4 miles up to Sunday. To kick start my recovery I entered the Watford 10K today with my brother. I wasn't expecting much, but felt good from the start and clocked a PB in 43:03 on my watch. I'm not sure where that came from and I'm half expecting to read that the course was measured short !?
