| Evening! Thank duck it's Friday tomorrow! So tired it's untrue! I hope OFSTED don't come because we're going into school in PJs! The children wanted to do it to raise money for Children in Need! Great! On a positive note, I ran last night with only a minor little twinge. Just under 5 miles but felt great and really enjoyed it! It's been too long - about 12 days - since I last ran! Hopefully that means I should be able to get back into it. Redding the sadist Rob for more torture, sorry, I mean sports massage on Monday so after a few sessions I think it will be about sorted, that's what happened last time. I'd forgotten how much I love running.... It cleared my head for about 50 mins of all the nastiness! I answer to whatever you call me but prefer H. People at school have clicked and there are now only a few 'oldies' that call me Helen, thankfully | |||

 Just found out my friend's Dad has died. He was diagnosed with a rare lung condition last July and it got really bad about 2 weeks ago and he was in intensive care. I will have defo told you about my friend Dan, he's a great runner (1:08 for Spire 10) and he's the one of Daddy's girl sun tattoo (after a dress up race) and eating the powder paint in Europe by accident. He's a good friend and his Dad was lovely. So sad Oftsed didn't come, but if we have another day like today I don't think any of us will last til the end of the 20 days!!! Stressy! Hope all's well. Lots of techno talk in here AND a lot of people dragging my name through the mud! What's all that about?! | |||
