Martin - best of luck with your 1:20 goal.  I will do sub 1:40 this year, but I'm guessing it wont be at GNR as I'm doing it in fancy dress (if i get in again)

Andy - the forcast is pretty horrible for Sunday, but the wind seems to have dropped this morning.  Hoping the weather peeps have got it wrong.

Keith - deffo gonna give the Saltwell 10k a go again this year.  I've done previous years, but missed last year with an ankle injury.

Off to work in a min, will catch up with y'all during the day.

Oh - it's my sister's 35th birthday today , if she couldrun (which she can't as she's had arthritis since she was 8) she'd be going into the ladies 35s.  I've told her that doesn't mean she's getting old, just a veteran now lol. 

I'd love to push her round the GNR in a wheelchair, I reckon she'd love the atmosphere.  I know there's some way of entering to do this, but cant seem to find the info.  So if anyone can remember how you go about it, or where to find out, can they let me know!
