The trails through Clifton Country Park will make for a superb trail race, they go through the woods and round the lake.

I was just wondering if anyone knows the actual course?

It was a GREAT race! I did them both.

Managed to get round Tough Guy without losing my shoes, but lost them twice on this fun run.......oh dear.......that was very gloopy mud!   

Er, how did I get beaten by toddlers.....???   

They've added 2 and a half mins to my time....grrrrrrrr..........

Hello Ria - I think I was talking to you after the race about running clubs (Saddleworth etc.)

Well done to everyone who got round that course yesterday - it was tough.  The terrain would have taken a spike and therefore the course wouldn't have been out of place in a proper cross country league.
