Full route details aren't out yet (I think) but the outline route on the website is OK'ish, not overly inspiring, but OK. Not often Cardiff allow the roads to close for anything so will be good to see.

Thanks for the tips. Last long hilly training run this Saturday, so planning in rehearsal for race day. Up early, race day breakfast and usual pre race prep. Race kit on and then start running at 10:30. Nice hilly course and planning 22+ miles, testing pacing and nutrition, then stepping down training before taper madness kicks in.
Any advice on other 'tests' or tips?
