'ADDS FOCUS TO YOUR TRAINING.'
Strengths:
Clear display of speed and distance easily readable whilst running.
Automatic mile or kilometre splits.
Very fast charging and still holds charge well 2 years after purchase.
Weaknesses:
Can lose signal under trees or heavily built up areas.
Mapping functions are fiddly and for gadget freaks only.
For serious runners speed isn't as good an indicator of effort as heart rate.
Overall:
Helps give focus to training, I never run without it. It's lasted 2 years with no problems or drop off in performance.
For serious runners the lack of a heart rate monitor is a drawback and the mapping function is not really good enough for navigating by.
