In short: I did the Ultra event and enjoyed it. Marshaling and helpers were great.t
In full: Only my second ultra and knocked 50 mins off my time. This isnt flat but its not hilly either. Lots of rolling terrain. I had personal drinks at 3 of the stations and on every occasion the drink was passed to me with no waiting. Mashalls were helpful and friendly. Great crowd support too at the Cross over point. Nice medal and special T shirt. Well done to the organisers and helpers.

In short: Cant do anything about the weather. Definite PB potential. That said the Km markers were hardly visible. The opening turn could have been coned further back . Didnt see any water at finish. Medal was as cheap as they come..

In short: A well organised race, with very good marshalling across some busy roads. Good value. Great too for the kids - both of mine ran in the junior and fun run events.

In short: Well organised and marshalled. Mile markers way off.
In full: Well marshalled and organised. Hot weather and a long incline between miles 4-5 made it a little challenging. Main gripe was mile markers way out. I didnt do mile 1 in 7.30 and then mile 2 in 6 mins. But overall good value and a pleasent course.
