In short: A great course and really well organised.
In full: This is a great course and a really well organised ultra for either a 30 or 40 mile distance. Good value for money. The only downside is the navigation.... even with a route description and map it is easy when you have no one else in sight to go off course. (slightly better descriptions and even a mileage guide would help). Many people did so on the day. Route marking of red and white tape was sparsely seen on the front third of the course, not seen second third and had been removed on the way back. At key turn offs the race directors need to find an alternative way of marking. This would really help people enjoy this fantastic course. The checkpoints were well stocked and marshalls really friendly.

In short: What a glorious way to spend a Sunday!!
In full: This was the second year that I have done this. A great trail race along a fantastic route with amazing views. Organisation is low key but works like clockwork. Fellow runners all very friendly which makes for a great atmosphere. Definately worth a go if you have done a trail or road marathon and want to step up a bit.

In short: Not a PB course but one that every runner should tick off.
In full: Challenging course. Very well organised. Good momento. Check points well stocked with water and food options. Can be muddy and slippery in places so off road shoes would be advantageous.

In short: A good end of year marathon that is well organised. Lap courses are good for the organiserss but not sure about it when you know what you have to repeat 3 times!

In short: OK race to stretch your legs early season. Well organised with easy parking.Pity that the results are issued three days after the event!!!
In full: I have done this race three times now. It is at the right stage in the season. I forgot how the hills and slopes bite back. Disappointed in this age of technology that the organisers have not got to issue results until the Wednesday after the race. They should address it for next year. Otherwise no complaints.

In short: Challenging 10 miler that has got PB potential. Need to take the on hill full on and keep going. Well organised but no directions to be had on the free T Shirt. I had to ask several people before I established where to go.
