In short: 9 miles of Hills, Downland, fields and Woods with superb organisation.
In full: The Waddle is 9 miles of excellant cross country running, incorporating chalk downland, trails, wooded paths, byways and fields. The views from Highdown are superb and the course is set in a very pretty area between the South Downs and the Sea. The Race and course organisation by Worthing Striders are second to none and the facilities available at Worthing Tennis Club which includes the use of changing facilities and Hot showers are superb.

In short: A great way to start the New Year with a well organised 2.09 multi-terrain race.
In full: ! have run this race for the last 3 years and have experienced the various course changes along the way. The latest improved route is mainly off road with 3 minor hills on the short road sections with a nice fast downhill before the finish at Lakeside.

In short: A very enjoyable, well organised and challenging race
In full: incredibly this race is only in its 2nd year but already feels like a well etablished event, the course is challenging with almost equal sections of road, trail and hills and virtualy traffic free. 2.09 should be congratulated for organising a first class event with a friendly welcoming atmosphere, I will certainly be back again next year!
