In short: Does what it says on the tin.... incredibly flat, fast five miler on the back country roads. Marshalling and organisation spot on.

In short: One word.... Fantastic!
In full: What a fantastic race!!! Can't fault any bit of it. The marshalling and organisation was great, and boy, this is one tough course - literally no flat bits. It's either up or down.... and most of the time it seemed to be up!

In short: Still a developing race. The good points - fast, constantly changing course, efficient shuttle/baggage busses. Bad points - no goody bag, poor organisation at drinks stations. I'm sure it will continue to improve.

In short: A great race and atmosphere for all types of runners, the locals are fantastic although difficult to set a PB. It would be helpful if everyone positioned themselves at the start near their race pace time.
