In short: Fantastic scenery but needs tighter organisation.
In full: I did the half - there was no definite demarcated start line!?! The course was good, marshalled at apppropriate points with lots of drinks and sponge stations. Full marks for that. Not clear of the route into the finishing showground - an arrow or two would just make it clearer!
Having to register and pick up a number, then a chip, then a baggage tag was a little disorganised - people didn't seem to know more than their little bit, so several people left without chips, for example (although they were brought and handed out!)
