In short: flat/fast
In full: Just over 1hr10, top event, great course, marshalls, easy parking/baggage.
Super run, lots of bends, but better than hills, also lots to keep the family entertained. 5stars!!

In short: leading ten runners sent wrong way
In full: Great venue, after finding it. Great course, hilly and pretty.
Was in the leading group, and the few marshalls en route did not direct us around the course, for the 10k run, finished 5th, but myself and 8 others taken off the results... We ran past the one marshall where we should have turned left but went straight on, could see the course in the distance. 200 mile round trip

In short: Great stadium finish
In full: A big event for a local charity. Great pen start, let the elites go away well.
City centre route very stop start, lots of tight turns, windy, and a few fly overs to negociate but still PB'able.
great last few km on the cycle route and stadium finish, great support.

In short: top event, must do.
In full: Was expecting a flatter course, this is fast but some dipe/underlations, expect them and its fine, quality race/athletes, one of the best fields for a half anywhere. 20+runners under 70mins, but sadly not me!

In short: Stunning
In full: 1st Snowdon, and 8th full mara, sub 2.30 runner who enjoys the challenge, this is a tough course, and a great mix of hardened runners and 1st timers (fools!!).
Wet weather, as can only be expected this time of year, and perhaps 3 areas to improve, tent for athletes to shelter at start, water in bottles, the cups not big enought, and the bus fiasco, same as last year.
Stunning race, great support for a rural event, crossing the Bwlch (Pass), was amazing, eat your heart out Lance!
Beautifull views in all directions, and a sting in the tail at the final climb, be prepared! Shall be back.

In short: Best race of the year
In full: Amazing views, best atmosphere, low key for such an amazing race! A course to be measured on, and a sting with the climbs, but will be back! The final climb sorts the boys out from the men! Crazy mile 24, 5min miling downhill. And sporadic and great support. DDiolch am y support!!!!

In short: Fast,fast, flat course
In full: This event is growing in the right direction, having done over 30halfs, and running 1.10, this is one of the fastest course in the UK, how on earth some people have not noted this in their reports. Did the full mara in 2006, and lack of pens, decent drinks(as water ran out), this has come on and is a race Cardiff should be proud of, great city course which for a city race is one the the prettiest.
And profits go to a good cause.

In short: Great testing race.
In full: Well organised, slick, top marshalls on this rolling two lapper. 2nd lap slower due to the final climb, but great great training run for a spring marathon.

In short: PB-tastic course.
In full: 1st time doing this event, on the plus side, fast course (71mins), flatest coure ever for me, cheap £15, arrived early & left early no prolems, iso drinks, XL t-shirt(not technical). Pen system worked well, plenty of space.
Dullest course ever, the probs with parking delays, in and out all highligheted on these web pages last year, so aware of them, may be back.
