In short: Hot, Dull course, great value, good at start for families, parking/toliets fine
In full: Dull & boring course, undulating, route next to bypass on pavements, with single track at times. No problems with water stations, except at the finnish which seemed to be a problem.Great value, dont neeed all the rubbish you get in'goody bags'. I impressed by the entertainment around the start, could have brought the family to watch. At this price, well worth doing but if you are after a 'big event' for your first, go elsewhere and pay 2-3 times as much for the same distance...

In short: Second year running, start could be better but great race when you are out of the village
In full: Good marshalling, excellent value, re comment on drinks at top of hill - think its a good place, gives a minute to recover, would not want it as the bottom. Will be back next year, great running weather tdy

In short: Excellant race, good mixture of club runners and first timers/One Off runners
In full: For sheffield a flattish course, well organised, although this year the weather tested that, no water station but plenty of water in the air this year! Good marshalling and it enjoys having closed roads.

In short: More of an event than a race, excellant event - well done the club
In full: well organised, even picking up the numbers before turns this into a "running day out" good to meet up with people prior to the run, chariots of fire at the start is excellant and an great scienic course, around clumber and the down hill finnish is very welcome. Only improvement would be last drink station suffered from "tree bits" in the water, but blame the wind that day. Enjoy it more than the sheffield 1/2 marathon

In short: Good trail race, some paths made overtaking difficult, undulating not agressive hills
In full: small field, guess down to poor weather in day, good use of forest trails, different course to the 2p2b trail race which is also held at Sherwood Pines.More use of the footpaths rather than wider trail path/roads. A higher cost 10K,goody bag a change from t/shirts.

In short: Enjoyed it, relatively Flat, proper Town race, Parking & Toliets abound - Start time sectioned, can avoid the many "fun runners"
In full: Good location, race for all levels and can avoid or join in with the "First Time/Run Warm up"! Was get a crowded in the town but overall enjoyed it and did not impact on the time,Stadiumn finnish & 3/4 lap round the pitch was good. Good city centre race

In short: FIrst time and will be back, Good Marshall support & Interesting distance
In full: Enjoyed the race, Good Marshalling, toliets available at school. Items to build on, start was little crowded but over this distance, not problem but finnish could have done with more marshalls, road was open and was "racing" a nice smelly transit van (not good)down last 1/4 mile.
