In short: I want a Cabbage!
In full: Great scenic run that's ends in a very nice pub with good food and beverages. Especially liked the cabbage prize idea. Will be doing this one again next year, mission cabbage!

In short: Great race with even greater mashalls!
In full: Being a fan of the smaller race this one fit the bill perfectly with it's charming and flat route along the river. It was very well run and I don't think I've seen better marshalls, they were great!
Fantastic momento too, a uniquely printed Fuller's Glass. This one's definitely on my list again for next year. Thanx guys!

In short: Not worth the money
In full: I was disappointed by this one. I woul've expected a lot more for my money. No medal after 16 miles?! No chip timing. You had to pay £10 for the so called 'free' T-Shirt. No goody bag at finish. Nowhere sheltered or warm whilst waiting for the looooooong strangely staggered start. The maps were not that clear for anyone who is not local to Kingston. The toilets were a long way off and the queues were awful. I could go on but It's not worth the bother...

In short: A rather large bump!
In full: Up for ages and then dooooowwwwnnnn. But the hardest bit I found was the long stretch along the seafront to the finish which seemed to last for ever! Still a brilliant race though, scenic & very well supported. An unusual horse brass medal at the finish too for all those mutleys out there! ;o)

In short: Well organised and a great training run for a Spring Marathon
In full: I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by this one. The idea of 4 laps nearly put me off running this one. After running it today I've found that it actually helps tick off those miles as you get to know the course, extremely helpful on the last lap! ;o)

The race was really well organised and everyone was very friendly. There were yummy cakes and tea at the end and you could even watch the video of the event whilst eating. I'll be back for more. Thanks to all at Hillingdon!

In short: Challenging hills. Good training run.
In full: Although the race was well organised and I enjoyed the hilly course I think the doggy bag was pretty rubbish for such a challenging race. Just lots of advertising and a riddiculously hard to open sports drink! :o(

...oh and I'd much rather have a medal than yet another oversized T-Shirt that will only get used as a duster pleeeaaaasssssseee!
