In full: for the 2009 race they have changed the 10k which is now the second part of the half -i.e. the 10k includes the hill and the half runners and 10k runners shouldn't get tangled up

In short: will do it again beautiful course, undulating, mud, tree roots etc
In full: I don't do cross country and entered this by mistake but would do it again. Beautiful course, quite undulating with mud and tree roots etc. We had perfect weather cool with a bit of sun.
