In short: A couple of hills from hell and plenty of mud :)
In full: I thought the organisation was very good all round, and the facilities were well above average. The route itself was very good, with a bit of mud and a couple of cracking hills to keep me on my toes. I did 10k by doing two laps of the trail run, and I will say it never seemed dull. The marshalls were very supportive and enthusiastic which was greatly appreciated. The goody bag was pretty awesome for such a low entry fee - a few other events should take note!!! I'll definitely keep an eye out for this event again, congratulations to the organisers for doing so well.

In short: Good race marred by marshalling / signs mix-up. Enjoyed the route, got a good time, will definitely go back in the hope of a smooth run next time

In short: Windy and hilly but not bad
In full: I quite enjoyed the route, plenty of variety. Well marshaled and signed. Start point was on quite a narrow road.

The strong winds were interesting, and I felt sorry for those still running when the sleet hit!

A bit miffed with there only being 2 toilets (the queue was immense!) but overall seemed pretty well organised.

In short: A nice race to ease myself back in! Nice course with mild undulation, well organised and great walnut cake afterwards! Very friendly crowd of runners and organisers, well worth the trip!
