In short: good testing race and distance. Enough flat to make bits fast, enough hills to sort the pack.

In short: It has a great name but failed to live up. It really needs more planning and effort to be a race runners would want to do.
In full: 1. The guy at the start said it had to be 10K to be called a 10K it was 8.76 on the garmin and whilst not race accurate it should be fairly close !
2. marked out in cones which on an open car park can not be accuratley placed on any measured route. Surprised it was given a permit to be honest to be called 10K. Too many opprotunities to cut corners etc.
3. Not sure we raced on the right side of so many cone lanes.
4. No water stop as per regs. at 5K.
5. No K markers.
6. Organisor was also lead hare.
7. For £14 (when average is £6-£10 it should be the dogs b.......)

Sorry guys need to sit down and start again with this one.

In short: Location, Location, Location!!! brillinat course done well for 1st time. Can only get biggere and better.
In full: The course was well planned, marked and marshalled. The course, scenery and weather made the race. Just need to look at signage and directions to the race (met others from outside who were lost (sat nav on post code takes you to about 1.5 mile away). Increase prize list (Vets and team but will come with bigger field). More details of when and where prize giving, registration is etc. ie. signage!! Luckily weather was fine as the prize giving was been in the open at a spot chosen at random consequently few waited around. But this is only feedback for the future take nothing away this has fantastic potential and was a great great race in my opinion.

In short: Great course will develop well
In full: As a race organisor i was gutted for them when at a critical turn there was no marshall (although 2 at other places not needed?) A third of the lead field added an extra 1/2 to 3/4 mile. The results would therefore be interesting. At that point I was on for a good time but gave in for the fast time. I bet it dosn't happen next year!!2 of our slower club runners are taking the results to club night to show they beat me now!, but all in all great potential and it was just one of those things (p.s. Marshalls come on you can encourage!)
