In short: The hill beat me! Who were the wonderful wheelchair duo and how did they manage to get through the water?
In full: Last year I got a PB. This year I faded out at the hill. Such is running. Generally good organsation thanks chaps, but not much water or cups by the two hour finishers' arrival. I presume there was something else big on at the Sports Centre hence the chaos getting out. Always a friendly race.

In short: Very pleasant run (of 12.98 miles?)
In full: Slightly laid-back organisation at the begining and end - no instructions at the start, no sign at the finish. I was waiting for my Garmin to go ping at 13 miles, but it never got that far! But there were plenty of encouraging marshalls, drinks on the way and Bara Brith at the end to take home. Thanks to all helpers, but please re-measure the course.

In short: Broke my PB after 5 years (despite the mile markers) so whoopee!!
In full: Flat course, friendly and good organisation , except for the mile markers, so well done. Weather a lot better than the expected gales. From the mile markers, I thought I was very slow until mile 12, when I found I was in line for a PB and took off to the end. Great day. I'll be back.
