In short: I've never seen hills like it
In full: A hot sunny day does not help this course in terms of running, although in terms of scenery it helps.

Great organisation by Halstead, with support from the other clubs on water stations

In full: A very well organised race with many marshalls who were all extremely encouraging and friendly. The wind could've have been more punishing than it was

In short: Well organised - even the car parking which was a pain
In full: Pity the car parking could not have been found in the village rather than shuttle bus the racers in from a mile away - up a steep hill, but the wait for the mini buses was not that bad

In short: Very well organised race
In full: Despite the howling head wind between 4-5 miles and the 4 puddles stretching for 20m metres long and across the whole road a great race - managed a pb, and good grub in the club after which was welcoming
