In short: Excellent run, very well organised
In full: Really well organised, great scenery and great to finish on the home stretch of the racecourse. Closing the roads made the locals come out and offer fantastic support in all the villages we went through. Thank you, great day.

In short: The weather saved the day but a pretty dull race.
In full: There was a lot of negative talk before the race and getting race numbers 2 days before kick off and the drinks in cups justified the comments.
The 28 pounds entry fee didn't give a lot of value for money. I can't speak for everyone but water in cups gets more down my front than in my mouth and I don't want to have to stop to take fluids in. There were 2 bottled water stops at approx 10 and 23 miles but by then it was too late to refuel. There was an offer of Lucozade (in cups) but it was the fizzy orange type you took to hospital 20 years ago.
Overall, not very impressed and it all seemed to be have been done on a tight budget, maybe intentionally. Sorry to be negative for all the people who had a great day.

In short: Good testing route through country lanes.
In full: I haven't done this run since 2005 and very happy to see the drink stations have vastly improved. A really nice run through country lanes and efficient organisation.

In short: Super day, thanks for all the great support.
In full: A really great course showing all the super sites of Cardiff. As I arrived quite late, due to the road closures, I started right at the back so was slowed a little at a few bottlenecks. The barrage was a great part of the course but it was quite conjested and dificult to get a good pace up. The last mile switchback on North Road was a bit annoying so maybe a bit more of a run in the Castle parks could be an idea. Overall, a fantastic day in perfect conditions. Well done Cardiff.

In short: Lovely run for Londoners, easy tube access and a nice park run,
In full: This is the second time I've done the 'Run for Hope', both times I think the distance is slightly out. I'll do it again next time because it's an enjoyable and fun race. But, please can you make it an accurate 10km for next time...and maybe a few more helpers on the water station.
