In short: I'll be back
In full: Winter relented just in time to give us a near perfect day to race; well maybe a little windy. The course is good to run (few hills) and good for spectators (with a bit of organisation you could see your friends 3 or 4 times on the way round). The spectators and marshalls were great and seemed to be enjoying themselves almost as much as the runners. Only major gripe is the need to pick up your number the day before - how about the option to put it in the post? But a great day and 9 mins off my pb in 3:46 so I'll be back next year.

In short: The weather couldn't quite spoil our fun
In full: At first sight it all looked a bit haphazard. The start is in the middle of MK, you park alongside everyone going to Waitrose and there isn't anywhere special to change or gather for the start. But on closer inspection all the essentials are very well organised. Many marshalls braved the atrocious weather to manage the course, there were no queues for the loos, drinks stations were well run, the course took in the most scenic bits of Milton Keynes (!) and you were out of car park and back on the road in 30 seconds. The only thing I would improve is the start. It took me 5 mins to cross the line (from the back of the queue) and then I had to do a lot of overtaking on some narrow paths. Maybe organise the start by expected finishing time next year?

Thanks to all the marshalls who braved the rain and snow.

In short: Lovely spring day for a race
In full: The snow had caused a two-week delay for this race which was irritating at the time but with the sun shining on Finny P the delay seemed like a blessing on Saturday morning. The result was a smaller field than usual which suited the park's narrow paths. Organisation was good apart from the unsupervised bagage tent. And they'd lengthened the course this year so that it really is 10k! Also liked the text with my race time taht arrived 2 hours post finish. A good start to the season

In short: Good local run
In full: Nice, low-key local 10k. Well organised and friendly enough. A bit short of 10k though according to my GPS.

In short: Friendly, excellent organisation and quick
In full: It's the third time I've run this race and the organisation gets better and better. The course is pretty fast despite the gentle ups and downs, but I've always wondered why the slightly longer lap comes second (surely better phsycologically to have it first?). Thanks to the many marshalls for their unfailing encouragement. The warnings of doom for runners with ipods seemed a bit OTT, but that's a minor niggle and I'll be back next year. Thanks

In short: Flat, fast and friendly
In full: Very well-organised race with lots of friendly marshals. Course is definitely pb-friendly, flat along the seafront for a couple of loops. Cloud and light rain spoilt the seaside views but kept us all cool. back next year, Thank you.

In short: Good early-season run
In full: This is one way to find out whether your legs have survived the winter in good shape. The course is four rather twisty laps of the park, the organisation is a bit minimal, but it was a pleasant sunny day with a good atmosphere.

In short: Good course - great organisation
In full: very good final race of the season. A nice undulating course that isn't nearly as frightening as it looks in the race profile. Great organisation despite this year's killer roadworks. Well organised and well marshalled. definitely coming back.

In short: Very good and friendly marshalls
In full: Yes it was raining, but then it does in November. The organisation was a great improvement on last year although it would have been easier to post chips and numbers surely. Despite the slightly drab urban setting i quite like the course - no major issue but would have been good to do the longer loop first time round. Thanks very much to everyone who turned up in the pouring rain to make the event work so well
