In short: I returned after a years break and the local crowd were still great! My legs ache this year, breaking on Harold road! Shame about the loos at the start this year. In full: It really is my all time great race. The memento of a horse brass is really lovely and am now a proud owner of six. See you all again next year! Date of review: March 15, 2005

In short: I have run this race 4 times out of last 5years. Didn't run 2004 as moved to Bournemouth but travelling back 2005 as miss the first 5mile hill challenge!! Its the only race I have done that makes you feel the training was worth it! In full: I could write masses. This is the best, friendliest, support and the hardest race I have ever done and still return to do it again. If you can finish the Hastings Half the LFM is a doddle! Good luck to all.
