In short: An excellent well organised race, In full: What a great day! What a welcome from Liverpool! I thought the organisation was fantastic - plenty of water and lucozade stops to keep me going. The bands were great and helped me along the way! Can't wait until next year to improve on my time! Yes Parliament Street was a tough hill - but what else do we train for?!! 13 miles isn't meant to be easy is it!! Date of review: March 16, 2005

In short: A 'hair-raising' experience on some parts of the course!! In full: A hard first 5k with the wind being extremely strong. I'm glad I ran the race - good training run, I've never run in such conditions before - I hope I never have to again! I really enjoyed the experience - no chance of a personal best for me - I was one of the lightweights trying to keep on my feet!! Date of review: February 15, 2005
