In short: Most favourite race I have ever done and will do again. Thanks to the wonder people from Bedford Harriers!!
In full: I did the Bedford 1/2 in 2005 as a beginner and loved it. Wanted to do it again to get a PB and I did by nearly 11min. Super Race, Super Club, Super People. I love it!!
