In short: Excellent scenic race, good crowd, an enjoyable 1st 10K race, time good despite the hills; speakers in restaurant would have warned everybody about the delayed start. Date of review: February 20, 2005

In short: My first marathon and the first in Edinburgh for several years. Very well organised and scenic. Steep hill at 18 miles and gradient at 24-26 bit of a killer, but partts of course reversed for next year. Great team RW Forum support online. Date of review: August 24, 2004
