In short: Superbly organised race
In full: This was my first time running Lliswerry 8 and I will definitely be back again next year! The event was extremely well organised. There were marshals all over the course warning of any hazards (speed bumps) or to make sure you didn't take any wrong turns!

In short: Very hard being hot, but loved it!
In full: Was extremely hard race with weather being so hot! Only other marathon was London in 09, another very hot day! Would love to run it in colder/wetter conditions!

The organisation was fantastic as ever!

Only down side was that the main field (blue start) came to a standstill twice shortly after crossing start line! Kind of expect it in mass participation event, but would be nice if could be prevented!

In short: Better than past 2 years!
In full: I enjoyed the race! The support was fantastic! Done this race in 2008 and 2009 and this is the first time the start wasn't delayed!

It was coldthis year, but last year was complaining it was too hot, so can't win either way

In short: First Marathon - Loved every minute of it (even when it hurt)
In full: Atmosphere was electric all the way round. The support of the crowds and other runners helped me through the last 6 miles when it was really hurting!

In short: Enjoyed race despite few problems
In full: Race was very enjoyable. Start was a little disappointing being delayed for a hour, but health and safety comes first!

Great marshalls and excellent support from the crowd. Really enjoyed race and will definately do it again. Just hope the weather is a bit kinder and better organised at start!

In short: Excellent race, needs better organisation
In full: This a good race and has excellent potential to get bigger and bigger. However it needs to be organised better. To finish in the castle wasn't the brightest of ideas due to access.
