In short: Beautiful, tough, friendly
In full: The toughest half marathon I have run, hill after hill after hill, but glorious countryside Unique in its sense of community, so many marshals and feed stations on the course, profits from the race fees don't go on expensive medals and goody bags but to local cancer charities and village projects including the local primary school. Everyone's a winner.
