In short: Beautifully scenic course, superb marshalls and spectators.
In full: Thank you to everyone on the route, the encouragement was much appreciated. Often the atmosphere and the enthusiasm of the spectators (or the spectators themselves) have disappeared by the time slow runners like me come through, but everyone was fantastic and very vocal, it was so good that sometimes I thought I was winning!

In short: A beautiful course, great weather, a delicous medal (so my daughter told me), thank you for a great run.
In full: Thank you for a great event which I really enjoyed, it is great to find an event that welcomes all speeds of runner/walker. Just one thing - dont advertise hot showers unless you really mean it, they were FREEZING. I hope you'll hold this race again, even if the timing will not be so significant!

In short: Great race, fantastic finish
In full: This is my local race, I was wondering how well they would cope with the increased numbers, but it turned out to be a great run and a fantastic finish inside the castle grounds. The only slight annoyance were the occasional cars trying to nose their way through the mass of runners - if the race gets any bigger it would be great to have the route closed to traffic.

In short: Great atmosphere at start and finish - the price of a 1pm start?
In full: A brilliant crowd for start and finish, and some good support throughout - even for the slower runners like me. Found it hard work in the sun though, and would have liked energy drinks. Going against popular opinion I liked the Greenway - made a pleasant change of environment without cars.

In short: Good atmosphere, poor value.
In full: Good flat course but not much elbow room. Was expecting more than an aero in my goody bag, and some water at the finish would have been welcome. Enthusiastic crowd, good day overall.
