In short: A great run, despite the weather
In full: This was the longest I have ever run, the weather was so bad, I had a little cry once I got to the seafront after 8 miles, but only because of the weather! Once I finished, I was very chuffed. It was a great day and I smile when I think about it. Bring on the next one.

In short: Great, even for beginners!
In full: A lovely way to start the weekend. As a plodder, I was a little worried about being lapped, but was supported all way round and even managed to keep running despite setbacks in training. Am already looking forward to the next one and improving my time (hopefully)
