In short: Expensive mud bath!
In full: Must agree with previous remarks re quality, or lack of it in medal and contents of goodie bag. seem to remember you at least used to get a t-shirt as well from this lot for the same cost.
My main grumble though is re the race itself, I am not sure about the idea of setting the 3 races off at 2 minute intervals, I ran the 10k and soon caught up with the back markers of the 5k at a place where the course was not wide enough for easy overtaking. More importantly given the conditions I wonder if the course was safe and if it had been organised by a running club would it have taken place at all?

In short: My 3rd time, its hard work but fun. Always well supported and recommended as previously mentioned to do at least once. The added bonus of the Triangle Tavern for couple of beers after.

In short: This race is the prefect pre spring marathon run.
In full: My 6th Thanet 20 in 8 years. I complain about it in the build up, I complain while I am doing it but deep down you know its helping you towards that spring marathon. I am doing Brighton this year, having missed good for age at London by 104 seconds in 2009 and missed out in the ballot.
Was tough out there yesterday so well done to all runners and marshalls. Crept round in a shade under 2 and a half hours and quite happy with that.
As ever with TRAC races it all went like clockwork, I must like this race as I still do it even though I moved to Suffolk a couple of years ago and expect to be back next year.
Thanks again to all concerned.

In short: WONT HAVE A BAD WORD SAID ABOUT THIS RACE.
In full: Croydon was my home town for many years and the Croydon 10k was my 1st ever race in 2001.
Although I moved to the Suffolk coast in 2007 I will continue to come back for this race, it may not be the prettiest but its well organised ans quick.
Got a chip time of 40:19 yesterday knocking best part of a minute of my previous pb, thank you Croydon and thank you Croydon Harriers.
