In short: A race mixed with different types of surfaces. Tired and hot at the end but enjoyed it. Came in first and love the prize. Was expecting more a flat race so will know better next time

In short: Great race sulking I did not do better. Can we not have colder weather!!!? Just too nice a day to run fast, yes too warm in October.

In short: Yes, it was warm. Again a late start. Cups are hard to get much water out of. Not bad value but will it ever start on time!

In short: Walk race should have started later, they got in the way. PB but would have done better. Real lack of energy drinks. Good shirt and medal.
