In short: A brilliant adventure In full: This was my first long trail run. The route was very well marked and the scenery stunning. Great marshalling and lovely food at the end.
It may be a race that elite athletes enjoy but it is still accessible for others. If you are new to trail running, don't be put off, it’s a great chance to explore a beautiful part of the country. I'll never win a race but I got round in just over 3.5 hours and loved it! Huge sense of achievement when crossing the line! Well done to the organisers! Date of review: January 15, 2013
