In short: good organisatiion, encouraging marshalls, nice challenging route, recommendable
In full: Good place (facilities) to start the race, chiptiming, fair mix of hills, undulations, downhills and flat parts. Good organisation and nice marshalls. Certainly good first trainings distance for London.

In short: Bad weather, nice course, a bit expensive
In full: Nice course gently undulating, pleasant last few miles downwards, medal a bit flimsy and no goody bag to speak of. A bit expensive for a very simple race which wasn't and needn't be marshalled that heavily. Would have been nice to have a warm (free) drink at the end. Parking on the grass needed some straw.

In short: A bit sad that my name/number is not in the result list
In full: Nice race, friendly crowd, the only thing missing is my name and time in the result list, shame. Agree with previous comment that the time keepers were struggling and maybe do this in a different way the next time.Did Tunbridge Wells 10 k last year and the marshalls here were much more involved, well done.

In short: well organised friendly race, mentally challenging
In full: nice start and finish on large green, beautiful day, quite warm on the promenade could probably do with another waterstation, plenty of marshals, course mentally tough because so monotonous, it reminded me of the embankment in the FLM, so close but still so far ( mileage is going very slow especially on the way back).Good training.

In short: good organisation, good value, finish a bit chaotic
In full: Nice easy, hardly undulating course, quiet most of the times except the A-road (in the sec. loop) which was a bit scary. Excellent water stations and marshalling. The only bad point was the disturbing cars in the car park of Cranleigh at the end of the first loop and at the finish of the 21 mile, don't be there!

In short: Good organisation, a must before FLM
In full: Long flat/undulating stretch of endless busy, noisy road(A20 pathway) set you up well mentally for FLM,challenging hill and quiet roads were a nice change to the monotony and good training before descending again to the same long busy road. Friendly, serious runners, nice marshalls and lovely cadets. Simple. Just run it.

In short: good organisation, friendly crowd, challenging run, cold
In full: Plenty and friendly encouraging marshalls, nice but challenging route, sometimes a bit too many cars on the small roads but nothing annoying, places where the wind really went through you, nice finish. A race to recommend.
