In short: Not to be missed!!
In full: This was year 6 for me but the first with a stupid stupid stupid alteration to the start......damn you Dr Rob for the extra hill! Totally unnecessary and painful!
Gutted to hear that locals had been complaining or sabotarging race signs......cant see why locals would be against a glorious race on public land?!? Perhaps they should try and join in rather than try and scupper a good dose of healthy New Year fun.....

Superb costumes as always and a great atmosphere. I love it and will do it forevermore!!

PS The mug was ace- my daughter delights in its colour changing ability!!

In short: Always a pleasure
In full: Freezing conditions made both te up and downhills lethal. Guted the stepping stones were well and truly out of order....

In short: Enjoyed the race. Worth it for the Bread pudding alone!!
In full: Really enjoyed the race. Wasnt impressed with the tour of the local housing estate over the first mile or so but the course soon moved out into well farmed fields. Navigation was a bit tricky in places especially trying to run and read. Enjoyed it as my first marathon though. Will do it again next year.

In short: Enjoyed it before disaster struck
In full: Fell and dropped out with badly cut knees after 10 miles. Having just consumed a ton of Carbo gel i was feeling good for the finish too. Bugger. Would do it again though.
