In short: Much better route than last year, Avenham park hills only the once this time!
In full: Third time for me, love this race, nice size of crowd and this years course was a big improvement fropm last years 2x5km loops. Great t-shirts and fresh fruit at the end is nice touch.

In short: Great course and vocal support from the crowds (including the bemused stag and hen do's leaving their hotels).

In short: Great circular course, running along the riverside was lovely, flat and the breeze helped. Towards the finish through the steepest part of Avenham park was a killer! But I'll be better prepared next year.
