In short: 3 races- 3 personal bests.
In full: Despite being an undulating course, it is fast- proved by the fact that a quality field is present each year. Well organised. Well marshalled course with drinks and sponge stations. Excellent prizes. Will be doing this for many more years to come. Very enjoyable.

In short: Challenging course (more like 6 miles), but a good test of your running abilities.
In full: First two races were dry, but reasonably hot. Last race, it rained. Puddles helped to keep legs cool and great fun was had in the mud! One minor criticism is that on the last lap, slower runners can block the runners approaching the finish in the single file track. Well marshalled and enjoyable, and I will be back next year!

In short: Pancake flat.
In full: There is a good chance of a PB, but beware of the wind- it can get up. I predict the course will quicken up further in future years once some of the trees which have been planted around parts of the course grow a bit. A well organised race.

In short: If you like challenging 10 milers, choose this one!
In full: Undulating- you're having a laugh! Hilly would be more appropriate!
