In short: A great way to make yourself feel better after overindulgence the day before !
In full: A brilliant way to burn off that 2nd helping of christmas pud! 5k (or just over)around the town centre of Aylesbury, the marshalling could have been better... an unfortunate lady was allowed to stroll across the route only to be engulfed by the entire field, also there was some confusion at the finish when a marshal attempted to rugby tackle the leaders to make them do another lap! After a few choice words they were allowed to finish.. but the marshal should have been able to distinguish between the 5 Min/Mi leaders and a fun runner dressed as rudolph the red nosed reindeer?! Nethertheless thank you to everyone who got out of bed early on Boxing Day to help out!
A good race with the potential to be a great one.
