In short: Beautiful Challenging Friendly
In full: I'll admit it was a beautifully sunny day which really helped, but I think this is one of my favourite ever races. It is hilly but never too hard somehow. Tough hills but always mercifully short, and when you went up, you always came down again. The scenery was lovely and the marshalls friendly and helpful. Well done to all concerned. Oh, and a great wicking T-Shirt as well. For the price, I think that's outstanding.

In short: Good solid race. Fast, flat, but . . .
In full: a little boring on the long slow drag on the main road up to Hampton Court - great coming back though! Very pretty in places, a bit dull in others. I enjoyed it very much and I think it's very good value - would definitely do it again

In short: Much improved well organised race
In full: I did this two years ago and it has improved hugely. The organisation was fantastic. Clearly marked miles, very regular water (bottles) AND Sponge stations, loads of marshalls, great support - especially along waterside and at the finish. Lots of lovely touches like announcing your name and team as you approach the finish, and great encouragement all the way round. Great that it's now a morning start too.

This IS quite costly, but this year I can really see where the money has gone and will certainly enter next year! Great medal too (and nice that it changes design each year). Please don't put the price up again though.

It's flat in places but be warned there are some long slow drags - it's definitely undulating - don't let it put you off though - I got a 7 mnute PB so it can't be that bad. Overall I had a great time and I think this is quite a special race.

In short: Fantastic!
In full: Took 46 seconds off my PB. Just a simple yet brilliantly effective race. Friendly and low-key with photos and results uploaded the same day. Great cameraderie, a chance of figettting your highest ever finish position, and all for free!

Brilliant.

In short: Superb race brilliantly organised
In full: Great course round a beautiful park - and flat as a pancake to boot. Well organised too.

In short: New improved course for a previously great race
In full: Based on last years race which was in fact a different course so it's difficult to comment on that - although Battersea Park is fantastic and very flat. Organisation last year was spot on so I expect another good race.

In short: Great fun.
In full: A laugh all the way through and the atmosphere is as good as any race I've done before - It would be nice to have a few more obstacles to negotiate, but overall it's a challenging 8 miles +. Only niggle is that it's expensive at £21, especially considering no medal.

In short: Excellent race with great marshalls.
In full: Not a great deal to say apart from the above. It's a lovely race and reay well marshalled with a stadium finish. I would say that if you're expecting it to be flat though its not - it's definitely undulating with some long slow inclines (not huge but they go on for ages!)
