In short: The people of London (both lining the route and on the tube home) made me feel like a hero. The real heroes were the volunteers, St John's Ambulance, the people on the drinks stations, baggage lorries etc. This was my first marathon. Nothing prepared

In short: Fast, friendly and well organised
In full: PB potential. The start could have been dangerous, the street was too narrow for the number of runners (further down on Wellington Street or one of the other wider streets would have been better). The medal was disappointing, it could have been for any running event in any city , if it had a picture of a Leeds landmark it would be a more fitting momento.

In short: Scenic, a good race that could be great
In full: A fast scenic course but deserves much better organisation. It's not good enough to get the race number two days before the race, have problems finding water at the end, have massive queues to collect medals and have problems meeting supporters at the end.

Cardiff is the capital of music, its a pity that the organisers didn't give local bands the opportunity to showcase their talent on route.

In short: Great Organisation, friendly.scenic and hot.
In full: The little details that make a great race had been thought about- plenty of sponge and watering stations, people giving time splits, music on route, friendly encouraging marshalls.

In short: An excellent race, well worth the 100 mile drive.
In full: Grear organisation, friendly encouraging marshalls, a fast scenic course. It's difficult to see how this race could be any better.
