In short: An enjoyable, friendly, off road run
In full: This is the second time I have done this one and I will definitely be back next year. The run is all on Ashtead common, through undulating woodland; the ground was rough in places but very runnable. Marshalls were friendly and the pre-race singing inspirational. Overall, An excellent run.

In short: Hardest 10K I have ever run, but a great race
In full: The snow may have put a few people off but the event was well worth turning out for. A really fun race in excellent countryside.
