In short: A great course for beginners & serious runners alike!
In full: This is the first 10km I have done in years and my sister's first ever. Despite our beginner status we were encouraged and felt very much included. I have signed up for all 6 in the Grand Prix and I look forward to improving my time in this supportive environment. A nice course, great people organising and supporting the runners.
