In short: Great Organisation as per usual from Xtramile
In full: Undulating bike and run sections, lots of fun, nice t-shirt and goody bag at the end. This tri is also set in a lovely location with plenty of greenery and views whilst out on the cycle.

In short: Beautiful day, beautiful race
In full: Well worth doing, absolutely gorgeous scenery, buttery smooth organization, the location was excellent - kids played football. The kids race was good to watch, bring a picnic for afterwards but...watch don't squash the butter all over the other food wink wink...(my other half!!)....GREAT RACE AND A GREAT DAY!

In short: Better than Coronation Street!
In full: A great midweek 5 mile, nice and flat with only very slight undulations. Big turnout and good organisation and..only 5 mins from home! Weather was lovely which made a big difference..will be doing again definitely..

In short: Free weekly hlly (ish) 5k
In full: I like this one! I do it with my son..He is only 8...How much does he want to beat me!?! Great organisation, great little race..it normally attracts 200+.

In short: Lovely scenic X Country
In full: Beautiful day for April! Road, tracks, trails and fields...Excellent Organisation and the race even starts with the old fashioned 'Ready, Steady, Go!'..Highly reccomens this one.

In short: Undulating 6.2 miles
In full: I liked the race..quite tough...Horrible hill at 4.3 miles...organisation wasn't great, NO TOILETS! Some runners were shitting in the woods, I just pissed on someones car wheel (only kiddin'!)...A nice racem a nice t-shirt but the organizing could be far better.

In short: Great organisation and gorgeous scenery
In full: Beautiful views acrooss the sea, very hard firsy 4.5k's then very fast afterwards...This was a lovely race, atmosphere was great, location was great and the hill was.....a little great!! Definitely would do this again!

In short: Beautiful scenic 10k
In full: Gorgeous views out to the sea...very hilly for first 4.5k then downhill and flat for the remainder (only 1other slight hill!!).. Great organisation...Tough run.

In short: Flat, enjoyable 5 miler
In full: I liked this one as it's flat and speedy...I do think it should be chipped as there were over 1300 starting....Facilities were great..cakes, tea etc....a good race.

In short: Lovely race in muddy conditions!
In full: Very well organized race...Good parking, good 'race goodies' great run..Would definitely do again..The wet and mud added to the excitement!.
