In short: A Fair Mixed Bag of Fun
In full: Yep, positively uplifting for the novice and those wishing to participate in a charity event raising money for all kinds of causes. Not for serious elite or fast runners unless your at the front to start!! If you don't like crowds then don't bother turning up. Very sociable run and loads of fun!!

In short: Great to be involved with
In full: Surprised myself more than most. Good fund raiser and friendly run. Could have had more water stations. So many participants to get a good time. Nice feeling to be involved with though.
