In full: Wonderful day. Crowd and support amazing. Definitely something everyone should aim to do at least once. I was v slow but it didn't matter - it was great to just soak up the atmosphere. I loved every painful minute and finished with smile!

In short: A truely fantastic day, emotional, moving and heart warming.
In full: This is more than a run. Very special day. I will never forget running through the tunnels and under the red arrows. It went far too quickly!

In short: Fairly new to 10k and I found the hills a challenge. Very quiet route, lovely scenery and welcome encouragement from the supporters. We had a lovely family morning out and there was lots for the family to do whilst they were waiting my return.
