In short: Excellent marshals and organisation, hard course
In full: Wonderful, enthusiastic stewards, fantastic organisation, but apart from committed spectators - total lethargy. Some of the hills were killers. Nice countryside. Medal is very sad - although hard earned. Tough race in the wind.

In short: Friendly race, helpful marshalls
In full: Have completed this event several times before, but a little chaotic this year. However, a friendly, well marshalled event. Just 2 moans - 1. Far too many non-runners mixed up with runners near the start making it hard to move. 2. Heavy traffic made it uncomfortable in parts.

In short: Great PB potential, friendly - but switch the wind off!!
In full: Friendly, well-marshalled race. Not enough loos - fortunately I didn't need No 2s or I would have been in serious trouble!! Flat, very little traffic, but fearsome wind was a bit of a downer.

In short: WHAT A LOVELY RACE.
In full: TWO LOCAL MUMS WHO HAVE ONLY BEEN RUNNING FOR 6MTHS THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE COURSE AND DIDN'T FEEL INTIMIDATED BY ALL THE CLUB RUNNERS. THANKS TO THE FRIENDLY MARSHALLS AND THE KIDS AT THE WATER STATIONS. VERY WELL MANAGED THROUGHOUT.

In short: Pleasant enough run
In full: Friendly marshalls, pleasantly warm, mainly flat, enjoyed the farm track - all spoiled by the parking chaos at the end. (Over an hour to move 20 yards!!!)

In short: Beat PB by 7 minutes - so not complaining!
In full: Well organised, bloody cold, usual March stuff. Could do with a couple more water stations and the traffic occasionally gets on you nerves - but otherwise well marshalled, well supported and my kids loved getting a medal for the fun run. Nice of Sir Trevor to turn up as well and sign a few shirts!!

In short: Flat course but v windy
In full: Pleasant, well stewarded,uncrowded run. Great route for PB. One suggestion - a Portaloo would be a good idea!!

In short: Hard graft. the mud takes it out of the old thighs, but made a change from roads.
