In short: Challenging. This was my second running of this event. So kinda knew what I was in for.
In full: This is virtualy all off road, so be prepared for running on single stoney paths, muddy or dry (dependent on weather) fields and a climb up to the castle thrown in! Only marker was at 4 miles, which in some ways was good as you knew the last 2 were down hill and heading home!!

In short: You know what you get with this one.
In full: Good atmosphere on a chilly Yorkshire Sunday. Only gripe was with the post race arrngements in getting medal and water. Different set-up to finish which was frankly chaotic.
