In short: Lovely day at the zoo ruined with a 10k run!!! Not really wonderful day out for all the family.
In full: It was a wondeful day out. It was hot and sunny but the hills were tough but I don't like hills at the best of times.

Disappointing time but with the ups and downs of the course I obviously need more training!!!

In short: Only my second race but enjoyed the run particularly along the sea front at Lee-on-solent.
